Artist Spotlight: Matthew

It's been a couple weeks since our last Artist Spotlight! This week, BVT ArtWorks proudly presents Matthew! Matt is a sophomore in Auto Tech here at BVT and regularly attends after school art. These are a few of his projects from his 2 Dimensional Design class. The first is a watercolor painting with a personal religious meaning. The second is a playing card design done with charcoal and pastel. Lastly,  a scratchboard design lightly colored with colored pencil.  He puts his heart and soul into every piece. Enjoy!

BVT Arts Night

On May 22nd we had our annual Arts Night at BVT! We featured three events: The BVT Acappella Chorus, the new BVT Jam Band, and a gallery opening featuring art from every student in the Visual Arts program.  It's no surprise that the kids wowed loved ones and friends with their musical and artistic talents! The pictures below are of the gallery before the opening. The art you see was curated and arranged by our very own Art School Prep club! They did an amazing job.
